OVERVIEW
At D & D Distributors, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted for products purchased through www.dokadia.in.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- A return request must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
All original seals, tags, and labels must be intact
The product must not have been tampered with or damaged after delivery
The product must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase - The following products are not eligible for return:
Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
Products purchased during sale or promotional events (unless received in a damaged or defective condition)
Products that are returned without original packaging or invoice
Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at info@dokadia.in with the following:
Your order number
Photographs clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
A brief description of the issue - Upon verification of your claim, we will, at our sole discretion:
Arrange for a replacement of the product at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund to your original payment method - We reserve the right to reject return claims that do not meet the above requirements or where the damage is found to be caused by the customer after delivery.
RETURN PROCESS
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@dokadia.in with your order details and reason for return.
- Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging. We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns, as we shall not be liable for products lost or damaged during return transit.
- Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, in which case return shipping will be arranged and covered by us.
REFUND PROCESS
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. We are not responsible for any delays on the part of your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product you wish to exchange for is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery and are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@dokadia.in with your order number.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return upon delivery in accordance with this Policy.
- In case of a valid cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
