This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to the delivery of products purchased through www.dokadia.in. By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.


SHIPPING LOCATIONS

  1. We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
  2. For deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas, we will notify you at the time of order placement or as soon as possible thereafter.
  3. At present, we do not offer international shipping through our Website. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at info@dokadia.in.


PROCESSING TIME

  1. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of payment confirmation, subject to product availability.
  2. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during peak sale periods may experience additional processing time.
  3. You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS upon successful placement and payment of your order.


SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY

  1. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
    Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune) - 3 to 5 Business Days
    Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities - 5 to 7 Business Days
    Remote / Rural Areas - 7 to 10 Business Days
  2. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control including courier delays, natural disasters, public holidays, or other force majeure events.
  3. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused due to delays in delivery beyond our reasonable control.


SHIPPING CHARGES

  1. Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout before payment confirmation.
  2. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 may attract a nominal shipping fee as indicated at checkout.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).


ORDER TRACKING

  1. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier partner details.
  2. You can track your order using the tracking number provided on the respective courier partner's website.
  3. For any tracking-related queries, please contact us at info@dokadia.in with your order number.


FAILED DELIVERY & RE-DELIVERY

  1. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery up to 2 times.
  2. If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may be applicable for re-delivery.
  3. We shall not be responsible for non-delivery or delay arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.


DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

  1. If your order is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept the package and immediately notify us at info@dokadia.in with photographs of the damaged package.
  2. If damage is discovered after opening the package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
